2. Use of the Site

3. Requesting Quotes & Scheduling Services

Submitting a request for a quote, estimate, or appointment through the Site does not guarantee availability or acceptance of the request. All service appointments are subject to confirmation by our team. Final pricing is provided only after an in-person or documented assessment, and may differ from any estimate given online or by phone.

4. Service Terms

Estimates. Any pricing shown on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote.

Scheduling. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, emergency call volume, or other factors outside our control.

Emergency/After-Hours Services. After-hours and emergency service calls are subject to an additional fee. We make every reasonable effort to respond promptly, but response and arrival times cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on weather, call volume, and technician availability.

Warranties.

Repairs:

  • Repairs carry a 30-day guarantee, and any manufacturer parts installed carry a one-year manufacturer parts warranty.
  • Part failure after 30 days is subject to a trip/diagnostic/service charge, plus labor to make the repair.
  • Part failure after one year is subject to a trip/diagnostic/service charge, parts cost, and labor to make the repair.

New Equipment Installations:

  • New equipment is backed by a one-year labor warranty from Reliable Heating & Cooling, in addition to the manufacturer’s equipment warranty.
  • Any part failure after one year is subject to a trip/diagnostic/service charge and labor to make the repair, provided the equipment is still under manufacturer warranty.
  • All equipment requires proper annual maintenance. A maintenance-related service call is not a warranty call — ask us how we can help keep your system covered.
  • After installation, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to register the new equipment on the manufacturer’s website. Please contact us if you need help with registration.

Cancellations/Rescheduling. No advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment; however, a service fee will be charged for no-shows.

Payment Terms. We accept credit card, check, and cash. A deposit is required for installation projects. Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to that partner’s own terms and credit approval.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Reliable Heating & Cooling or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as manufacturer resources, review platforms, or consumer reports) provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Testimonials & Reviews
