Keeping you cool and comfortable when you need it most.

Summers are “short” in Colorado, so we often forget about the annual maintenance of our ACs.  ‘I only use it three months a year, so I only need maintenance every few years, right?’  Actually, we, and the manufacturers, still recommend maintenance to be performed each year.  Colorado’s wide range of temperatures makes it important to ensure your system is operating at its optimal level.  Our technicians are trained to diligently clean and check over your system from the inside out.

Annual maintenance helps your system function at peak efficiency all summer long. The US Department of Energy and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) prove merely a dirty condenser coil can increase compressor energy consumption by up to 30%. It is also proven that regular coil cleaning (inside and out) will improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality (IAQ) performance by 10-15%.

By investing in our maintenance services, you can enjoy improved energy efficiency, enhanced indoor air quality, and a longer lifespan for your residential or commercial air conditioning system. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and strive to exceed your expectations with our reliable and timely maintenance solutions. Trust Reliable Heating & Cooling to keep your air conditioning system in peak condition and provide you with the comfort you deserve.

AC Maintenance FAQS

What temperature should I keep my house at?

We do not recommend attempting to cool your home any lower than 70°.  If you desire cooler temperatures, we can install accessories on your system to ensure safe and reliable operation.

When is the best time for my AC maintenance?

It is best to have your AC serviced at the beginning of the season.  We recommend early June to make sure your summer is off to the best start.

Do I still change my filter in the summer?

Yes! In fact, we recommend changing the filter more frequently than in the winter months. We suggest changing your filter each month throughout the summer.

What Our Customers Have To Say

I would highly recommend them to family and friends!
Ben was the technician that was sent out to my home. He was very professional and helpful. After he completed my services; he gave me a very detailed lesson on my thermostat and the basic operations of my heating and cooling system. I give the experience that I had with this company 5 stars.
Becky and Kyle were awesome.
I contacted Reliable Heating and AC for an annual Furnace Checkup before the fall rush for servicing and cleaning. Spoke with Becky to schedule an appointment. Becky could schedule a servicing, cleaning, and checkup within two weeks. Kyle contacted me on the day of the scheduled appointment. Kyle was right on time for the 1:00 PM appointment. Kyle was courteous, friendly, technically detailed, and professional during his thorough checkup of my furnace system. He took extra effort in his explanation of the furnace checkup and servicing. I can without hesitation recommend Reliable Heating and AC based on my multiple and personable experiences with Afton, Becky, Kyle, and Nick. For this year’s service checkup.
